Micro Group In Person Coaching Includes


-group run 2 days a week with me as your coach! (you are responsible for your weekend workout)
-downloadable Garmin or iPhone compatible workouts
-weekly plant based recipe & running tips
-1 personal 30 min Q&A with coach
-organized micro 5k with special gift

**groups will intentionally be very small and we will utilize safe health practices before, during, and after runs

Program Begins Monday Sep 21st
Location: Memorial Park 
Days/Times: Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 – 7:15am 
5K Saturday Oct 31st location TBD
